Shipping and Returns
Custom Order Policy (general):
Returns on custom orders are not accepted.
You are responsible for ordering the correct size. Returns will not be accepted due to the wrong size being ordered.
Custom orders are made to order and cannot be shipped until they are made.
Ship time varies by product and is listed on the product page.
Ship time is an estimate only. We work hard to stay on schedule, but due to factors outside our control we are unable to guarantee a ship date unless otherwise stated.
We are committed to your satisfaction and will attempt to work with you on any issues that arise!
Custom Order Policy for Chaps/Chinks:
No returns on custom chinks or chaps
Amount listed for custom chaps or chinks is for the deposit only! We will be happy to provide you with a quote for the full amount of a custom build prior to placing your order, by email or phone.
Deposits for custom chaps and chinks are non-refundable.
Premium Custom Chinks: Measurements must be received the month prior to your ship date or your ship time will be forfeited and your order will be completed at our convenience
Semi Custom Chinks: Measurements must be received within one week of order placement or your ship time will be forfeited and your order will be completed at our convenience
No build spots will be held without a paid deposit for Premium Custom Chinks or payment in full for Semi Custom or Kid Chinks
Balance must be paid before chaps or chinks are shipped.
You are responsible for providing the correct measurements. Returns will not be accepted due to incorrect measurements. Please let us know if you have any questions when taking measurements. We are happy to walk you through it.

Returns of In Stock Merchandise:
NO refunds. Returns are for store credit only.
No returns on sale priced items.
If you would like to return a stock item please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Item must be returned in new (unused) condition.
Item that has been attached to a saddle, headstall that has had a bit attached, spur straps that have been attached to spurs, or tack that has been on a horse are not eligible for returns. No exceptions.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days.
Please repackage items as received.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is accepted we will email you a store credit code good towards your next purchase on this website.
We realize our return policy is quite stringent, but this is to ensure that everything you purchase is brand new and of the highest standards. The best way to ensure your item will fit is to use the measurements provided and compare to your currently used item. If you have any questions we are always happy to assist you by phone or email.
Shipping:
All in stock items are usually shipped within three business days via USPS. Delivery times vary from 3-6 days.
Saddles are shipped UPS 2-5 days after your order is placed. Delivery times are generally 3-5 additional days. If any alterations/additions are made shipment time will be quoted at order completion.
Saddle Purchase Verification:
When purchasing a saddle we require proof of identity before shipping the saddle. Please be prepared to provide identification that matches your credit card information via video chat. We will contact you to arrange this after purchase.
Warranty:
Our guarantee to you is that we will work to the best of our ability to provide you with the highest quality product we are capable of producing. We will accomplish this through taking the time to learn about your expectations and how our product can be most beneficial to you. Your item will also be made from the highest quality materials available. If at any time you have a concern with either the workmanship or materials of your product we will be happy to address that.
We don’t have a lifetime guarantee or 100 year warranty like other companies do. This is solely because we are only a two person shop and neither of us know how long we will be on this earth. While we are here we are always happy to repair any product you have ordered from us!
Privacy Policy
Here is our simple, good neighbor privacy policy: we won't sell or give out your information ever. We also do not have access to your credit card information unless you call to give it to us, and then we will never store it.
Our mailing lists, email or physical, will never be sold. We want you to feel comfortable signing up for our newsletter which you can opt out of at any time. Don't worry about us emailing too much either since we would rather be making beautiful leather products than on the computer.
